Be honest with yourself for a second.
Whats the thing thats really holding you back from living healthier?
Call it whatever you want to call it, its some form of fear of failure.
You’re afraid what people will think of you at the gym when you fail.
You’re afraid to fail at a new diet.
You’re afraid of commitment.
Whatever…. its fear of failure.
I want you to rethink this though. Because you always get over failing.
Everything you’ve ever done started out as a failure in some way. But you got over it.
Regret is a little more difficult. Regret is the worst feeling in the world because theres nothing you can do about it.
So, when you go into something and you’re afraid to fail, think about how much worse its going to feel when you regret not trying.
